We had a great turnout for our first Social Brunch of FY17! On Saturday, Aug 13, twenty-eight Dallas SWE members and friends gathered at Whiskey Cake in Plano for some great networking and delicious food! Whiskey Cake is known for sourcing ingredients locally as much as possible, and the quality definitely comes through in their food.
Attendees from as far away as Wylie, Grand Prairie, and Irving enjoyed getting to know each other better and learning more about what Dallas SWE has to offer. We are always pleased to see how diverse our attendees are in terms of engineering discipline, employer, and culture: there’s something for everyone in Dallas SWE!
