Our inaugural program will match you with two fellow SWE members—intentionally grouped by career stage, location, and industry—forming a tight-knit circle of support, inspiration, and real talk. This program is for members of all ages and levels of career experience! Groups will be created to ensure each trio has a member at different levels of career experience.
