Trios started with a simple question: what would it look like to build real mentorship relationships within Dallas SWE? Our inaugural cohort was designed with that in mind. The Dallas SWE Mentorship Trios Program has brought together members across career stages to build meaningful connections, exchange guidance, and create space for both professional and personal support. Members were grouped by 3 – with each group being a “trio” – based on career background, career stage, and location within DFW. This cohort explored themes like finding balance and identity outside of work, and wove in a group discussion on mental health in the workplace along the way.

Trios focuses on:

✨ Career and life advice from peers at every stage
✨ Expanding networks across industries and experiences
✨ Fun, low-pressure hangouts to unwind and recharge
